...little {Easter} pillows...

I've always liked to have seasonal decorations up in my house, but I've never been one to decorate with a lot of "cutesy" items...know what I mean?

Now that my kids are (almost) 8, 5 & 3 they are starting to notice Mommy's lack of "cuteness"...especially when it comes to Easter, which, if you haven't noticed, is filled with a lot of cute.

My solution? Almost cute...without being too cute...

With just a fat quarter of chambray (I think it was like .99 cents at JoAnn), a few scraps of charcoal grey cotton, baby blue grosgrain ribbon, some stuffing & my Silhouette, I was able to get as close to cute as I'm willing to go...

My kids are thrilled because we now have chickies and bunnies in the house...I'm thrilled because I don't have to walk into a living room that looks like a rainbow just threw up in it...
